Isn’t it strange?!
The Hafiz national program revealed that some of the receivers are Saudi citizens with a Ph.D! The mere fact says: Many Saudi scholars who spent the last few years studying in US, Canada, Australia etc., came back, and did not find any vacant jobs matching their area of specialty. They were let down by the slowness of admin development in the Kingdom.
The truth is: The government, while the scholars were away, was supposed to create jobs that could benefit from their advanced education but, the Saudi government did not! Years passed by, until there was a day when these highly educated Saudis had to come back. Unfortunately, this return granted them joblessness and nothing else.
The new question is: If the Saudi government is suffering with these few hundreds of graduates (various specialties), what will it do to help thousands of MBA graduates who are expected to return by the end of this year?
Are the government vacancies ready? Is the private sector welcoming? As far as I know, neither are ready! It would be great if both could manage solowing 10 percent at the most!
What about the rest?!
