RIYADH: Two Arab expatriates who were running an industrial company under the name of two Gulf citizens were arrested here for violation of the Commercial Concealment Law of the Ministry of Commerce.

In a routine inspection, Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) inspectors found the commercial concealment case in a trading company for industrial and primary plastic materials in Riyadh.

MCI inspectors detected a number of documents and physical evidence proving the involvement of two brothers of Arab nationality in running the said company aided by two nominal Gulf citizens.

The case was referred to the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution to complete investigation procedures. Subsequently the case will be referred to the Bureau of Grievances for final judgment.
