RIYADH: The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice (Haia) has found children’s clothes sold in shops depicting similar symbols of terrorist group Daesh.

The clothes were found in a shop in Hail in the northern part of the Kingdom, according to Eqtisadiyah, a sister paper of Arab News.

Dr. Turki Shalil, official spokesman of the General Presidency for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, has told the business daily that Haia is working to combat actions of the deviant group which could harm members of society. Every action will be taken to provide maximum security to young people and children to protect them from such evils.

The picture on the clothes portrays a weight-lifting tool with the word Daesh on it. The clothes were seized and the shopkeepers have been summoned for further inquiry into the matter,

According to Haia, around 24 percent of the cases booked by them include cases related to moral misconduct. Terror related incidents amounted to 2.69 percent while liquor and obscene publications form only a percent of the total cases.

According to researchers, the terrorist organizations will try to make use of digital media to carry out their propaganda. They can program videogames for children to inculcate their theories in the minds of children, according to researchers.
