The General Presidency of the Haia announced plans to issue fieldwork permits to all field employees, as well establish programs that will determine and measure fieldwork requirements and performance.

Haia President Abdul Rahman Al-Sanad met with Prince Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Mashari, CEO of the National Center for Measurement and Evaluation, in Riyadh to discuss means of joint cooperation between both sides in order to meet this objective.

“The plan is to develop a comprehensive program that will help meet the Haia’s desired objectives and goals by supporting employees in fulfilling tasks in accordance with legal regulations and the rules that govern the work of the presidency.”

“These efforts to support the development of employees include the creation of a work permit for each employee, as well as standard programs to measure and improve each worker’s efficiency and abilities in carrying out fieldwork. Such programs are to be based on scientific standards and a framework established in cooperation with the National Center for Measurement and Evaluation,” he said.

In a press statement following the meeting, Al-Mashari praised the Haia’s efforts to work on determining and developing fieldwork standards for all employees.

“There is no doubt that this cooperation will help create an accurate description of job requirements so that each existing or prospective employee is well aware of all requirements and expectations, and this in turn will ensure outstanding performance for the overall benefit of society.”
