JEDDAH: The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) has warned the public that they should reject calls and text messages from unknown sources, to prevent them from becoming victims of various fraudulent schemes.

The CITC said users must not call these numbers and delete suspicious text messages. They should also ensure that this does not happen to their children and family members.

The public can file complaints at www.citc.gov.sa or call 00114618200 or 199099 (code: 100).
