MADINAH: Bangladeshi pilgrim Abdul Ghafour Madubarwani feels extremely happy to be in Madinah, particularly at the Prophet’s Mosque, after he finished performing Haj.

He said he has been able to perform Haj 20 times in his life. The pilgrim expressed appreciation for the Saudi government’s efforts to offer excellent services to the guests of God.

He praised the projects that are being currently implemented for the expansion of the Two Holy Mosques. “The Kingdom has devoted all efforts to develop the area and provide worshippers with all possible facilities and amenities,” he said.

“We didn’t face any problem during our stay in either Makkah or Madinah,” he said.

After completing Haj, Abdul Ghafour had the opportunity to visit the Prophet’s Mosque and was able to perform prayers and send salutations to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

He also visited historic Islamic sites. “I visited the site where the Battle of Uhud took place during the time of the Prophet,” he said.

He also performed prayers at Quba Mosque and other historic mosques.
