Top Saudi graduates will qualify for scholarships under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program in London.

Naif Al-Roomi, governor of the Public Education Evaluation Commission (PEEC), made the announcement on the occasion of the Fifth Career Day Fair (Axel Exhibition), held on the sidelines of graduation activities for the fifth batch of Saudi students as part of the program.

Saudi Ambassador to Britain Mohammed bin Nawaf inaugurated the annual event organized by the Saudi Cultural Attaché at its embassy in London.

Speaking on the occasion, Al-Roomi said that the aim of the event was to introduce PEEC and its objectives, in addition to targeting bright Saudi graduates for scholarships in the UK in the fields of education, evaluation, measurement, quality, and project management.

Prince Mohammed was among visitors who were briefed on the role and functions of the commission. New graduates were also informed about jobs that are available under the PEEC evaluation program. Al-Roomi outlined the courses for which PEEC offers scholarship for higher studies.

Al-Roomi also met with Saudi Cultural Attaché Dr. Faisal Aba Al-Khail during which they discussed criteria for identifying distinguished graduates whom PEEC could employ.

PEEC had also participated in last year’s event in the UK, and the second event held by the Cultural Attaché of the Saudi Embassy in the United States during which a large number of students learned about its function and employment opportunities for them at the commission’s office.
