JEDDAH: A source at the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) announced that there is no maximum or minimum limit on the aid given to trainings facilities, adding that financial support depends on the number of employees training and not the job type.

The source, speaking on condition of anonymity, urged training facilities to benefit from support offered by the fund at a time when the fund is still launching initiatives to support Saudization by continually offering incentives.

In regards to training for jobs outside the Kingdom, the source explained that support goes through a mechanism approved by the fund and is not related to training inside or outside the Kingdom. He added that the facility decides the appropriate training and its location.

In related news, HADAF continued its practical plans through diverse and multiple programs in collaboration with the King Khaled Charitable Foundation to fund specialized training programs and supervise them under the agreement recently signed between the foundation and six other foundations.

The agreement initiated by HADAF is called “Our youth, our future” which takes into consideration national human resources development which are considered the real driving force behind any economy. The agreement gave a role to having women training as well as involving both genders in the process.

The HADAF fund has a key role in providing technical and financial support programs in relation to the development and employment of young men and women through the adoption and implementation of international practices in this area, for a period of three years.

“Our youth, our future” is an agreement aimed to strengthen the participation of young men and women, aged 18-35, in economic and social activities in various parts of the Kingdom. The agreement was signed between six academic bodies and training institutions and industrial institutes, as well as training and rehabilitation facilities.
