Cox’s Bazar – the tourist capital of Bangladesh. The sandy beach between tropical waves and towering cliffs, the nature, colorful pagodas and delightful sea food – all make a perfect holiday.

• What is your dream country where you would like to be posted after leaving Saudi Arabia?

I will be going back to the Headquarters in Dhaka after the end of my tenure here. My wife and I are looking forward to catching up with our friends and relatives there.

• Which country’s people have you found most friendly?

People are unique in their own particular way. Their expressions can be different but you can feel the warmth when you interact with them. I have been to many countries and met wonderful people everywhere. If you ask about Saudis in particular, they are simply amazing.

• How do you react to or deal with anger?

Try to keep calm.

• What is your source of strength during tough times?

Optimism and believing in myself.

• What was your first impression about the Kingdom?

The country and its people are blessed.

Jeddah.

The generosity and hospitality of its people.

Electrical engineer.

It’s always good to stick to the facts.

Good question. Do I really do anything to keep myself fit? Maybe, I should start going to the gym from tomorrow.

Any place with good food and good ambiance.
