Sulaiman Habib Medical Group (SHMG) recently received two outstanding awards on quality and pioneering role related to customer service and call centers.

This was announced during an awards distribution ceremony that accompanied the exhibition and conference on call centers and customer services in the Middle East, organized by the “Middle East Insights,” at the International Conference Center (ICC) in Dubai, UAE.

The two awards, the “Best Escalation Management Program Award” and “Flags Pioneer Award,” were given to the SHMG after a fierce competition among more than 100 leading companies in the areas of healthcare, banking, insurance, air services and communications.

“Middle East Insights” is a Dubai-based call center service organization in the Middle East. It recruited a jury comprising global and independent experts who subjected the competing institutions and firms to a continued assessment for six months straight. The jury members were reportedly keen to see global quality and creativity standards applied at customer service and call centers at these institutions.

Deputy CEO of SHMG for IT, Abdulilah bin Abdulrahman Al-Maiman, said the “Best Escalation Management Program Award” was awarded to them following a thorough and exhaustive assessment of quality standards related to the continuity of care given to patients recorded in a particular period of time.

Maya Ziyada, CEO of Customer Services, said the “Flags Pioneer Award” reflects the SHMG’s efforts to achieve a pioneering role in healthcare through the adoption of creative solutions aimed at raising quality levels in the area of customer services.
