RIYADH: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance is implementing training courses for imams, preachers and muezzins across Saudi Arabia.

“The courses will enhance their skills and knowledge in performing their duties in the best manner possible,” Islamic Affairs Minister Saleh Al-Asheikh said.

The program is being conducted by the section in charge of imams and Preachers in collaboration with the ministry’s branches in various regions of the Kingdom.

The ministry had recently organized three training courses in Riyadh, Makkah and Tabuk, during which it was agreed to launch such courses and programs.

The move is expected to have a significant impact on orators and preachers who need to stay tuned to deliver God’s message in the most effective manner.

“We have benefited from such courses in the past. They will have a great impact on all participants, including the imams and preachers,” said one of the participants.
