Saudi prisoners incarcerated in Bahrain may soon be returning to their homeland. A study regarding the transport of Saudi prisoners in Bahrain to prisons within the Kingdom to complete their jail terms has been presented to concerned authorities, local daily Al-Madinah reported yesterday quoting Saudi Arabia's ambassador to Manama Abdul Mohsen Al-Marik.
"Some of these prisoners have agreed to this arrangement, so a request to send them back home to complete their sentences was forwarded to the concerned authorities in the two countries to be considered," he said.
