Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel and Hotel Al Khozama, A Rosewood Hotel have launched a new drive to recruit more Saudi nationals, increasing the number of Saudi associates and providing them with the opportunity to develop their career.

As part of this, a dedicated recruitment event will take place on Tuesday (Feb. 17), from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Al Omsiat Ballroom, Al Faisaliah Hotel.

Al Faisaliah Hotel and Hotel Al Khozama are committed to recruiting an additional 156 Saudi nationals in 2015. During the event, both hotels will offer successful candidates the opportunity to join the Al Faisaliah and Al Khozama Hotels.

Both hotels currently provide a variety of training programs. Advanced training programs include supervisory and managerial skills conducted internally or through affiliation with renowned institutions such as the Harvard School of Business and Cornell University.

One of Al Faisaliah’s outstanding members of staff, Saudi national Moayed Al-Suwaid, joined Al Faisaliah Hotel following his graduation from King Saud University. Having recently completed five years with Al Faisaliah Hotel, Al Suwaid has been highly commended by his peers, his seniors and guests at the hotel for his excellence.

The hotel that currently employs 124 Saudi nationals, last year saw an increase in the number of Saudis employed in several departments, including sales and marketing, human resources, accounting, guest services, revenue agents, and senior management positions like the executive assistant manager.
