Saudi Arabian Armed Forces and Royal Saudi Air Force are taking part in the first annual Saudi Aviation Training Exhibition and Conference (SATCE) scheduled in Jeddah on March 18-19 at the Jeddah Hilton.

Organized by Arabian SAS Company, the event features over 50 Saudi and international aviation universities and academies specialized in offering aviation education in aeronautical, engineering, technical, maintenance, management, audit, pilot, air traffic control, airport operations, ground handling, marketing, safety and security, cabin crew, airlines, aircraft manufacturers, aviation education aid manufacturers, etc.

Over 800 aviation trade visitors and 2,000 ambitious students who are interested to choose the aviation industry as their career are expected to attend the first of its kind Saudi event. Students and trade visitors are allowed to tour the exhibition for free.

Sulaiman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Hamdan, CEO of Arabian SAS, said: “The Saudi aviation industry is growing on a rapid phase and the Saudi Airports are handling over 70 million passengers every year and the numbers will grow more in the future, thanks to the ongoing airport expansions, construction of the new airports and the increasing aircraft numbers in the Saudi-based airlines.

SATCE is approved by General Authority of Civil Aviation and sponsored by Prince Sultan Aviation Academy, Boeing, BAE Systems, CAE, Alehtiraf and Prince Sultan University.
