Batterjee Medical College (BMC) hosted a delegation from King Abdulaziz University (KAU), headed by Research and Consultancy Center Dean Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Ghamdi.

The event was in the context of BMC’s pursuit of strengthening its partnership with national and international universities.

The delegation was welcomed by BMC Dean Osama Kensara, vice deans, and head of programs who gave a presentation on the college, its programs and outstanding achievements.

After the orientation, the delegation was conducted on a tour of the college and its facilities, laboratories, classrooms, seminar halls and clinics that are equipped with the latest technologies to provide students with the best educational environment.

In addition, the parties reviewed the study plans (curriculums) of all programs of the college, discussed academic accreditation and suggested aspects and areas of the proposed cooperation between the two sides, which will contribute toward achieving international standards.

Kensara stated that BMC is making serious efforts to implement its strategic plan for developing curriculums and attracting highly qualified faculty members. This is aimed at achieving best results in teaching, learning and scientific research.

He added that agreements signed with KAU and a number of other national and international universities are meant to benefit from the capabilities and expertise of successful institutions.
