Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) has proposed a 10 percent higher net cash dividend for H2, 2015, compared to the first half of the year.

This follows the BSF board of directors’ recommendation to distribute 10 percent higher net cash dividend to the shareholders for H2, 2015, at SR0.55 per share. This represents 5.5 percent of the nominal share value with a total payment of SR662,946,441.85, compared to SR0.50 per share for H1, 2015, which was paid earlier on Aug. 6, amounting to SR602,678,583.50.

Thus, the total net dividend declared for the year 2015 has increased by 10.5 percent amounting to SR1,265,625,025.35 at SR1.05 per share compared to the last year dividend of SR0.95 per share.
