Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) has decided to distribute dividends to its shareholders for the second half of the fiscal 2015, at 55 halalas per share.

The bank stated that its announcement is based on the approval of the ordinary general assembly held on Wednesday (April 20), following the recommendation of its board of directors.

The shareholders registered in the Tadawul (Saudi stock exchange) records, as per the accounts of portfolios and stock certificates in the stock exchange on the general assembly date of April 20, 2016, will be entitled to receive the dividend.

The bank informed its shareholders that disbursing dividends will start from May 8.

The dividends of those who have investment portfolios linked to an active bank account with one of the local banks will be credited to their accounts directly.

The shareholders who have portfolios linked with bank accounts that cannot accept money transfer as well as those who have stock certificates should visit one of BSF's branches spread all over the Kingdom along with the ID cards for Saudi nationals and iqamas for non-Saudis so that they will be able to receive their dividends from the bank directly.

Furthermore, the shareholders have been advised to update their information with the bank of their investment accounts to guarantee the direct depositing of their due dividends into their accounts in the future.

In pursuance of what was announced regarding the necessity of depositing all of the certificates in an investment portfolio linked with their investment account, BSF urged its shareholders who own shares under certificates to deposit them immediately in the investment portfolios linked with their investment accounts.

This should be done by filling up the application form of depositing certificates in portfolios that can be obtained from the Security Depository Center, Tadawul, Al Tuwaniyeh Towers, on King Fahd Road, Riyadh.
