Cayan Group, described as the Middle East’s premier property developer and real estate investment group, announced the “tremendous success” the group witnessed post launching its most recent project Cayan Cantara in Dubai.

Further to launching Cayan Cantara residences at the Grosvenor House on April 12, the project was released to the public on April 13, where the first phase of the project was sold in less than two weeks.

Cayan Cantara comprises luxurious residence and hotel apartments featuring unique design and facilities. This iconic development was launched in collaboration with the UAE-based financial investment company, Shuaa Capital.

Cayan Group, which was founded in 2004, released second phase of sales with limited number of units of Cayan Cantara residences to the market. The second phase is offered to the public with special prices.

Ahmed Alhatti, president and chairman of Cayan Group, said: “We have seen an overwhelming response and uptake for the first phase of units in the development; therefore, we decided to release the second phase as a commitment to continue on serving our respected clients and offering them superlative housing options in a preferred location in the city. This success proves how healthy and strong the Dubai market, shedding light on the trust our investors have in Cayan Group whom we thank for the faith they have put in us.”

During the first week of the launch only a total number of 100 units were sold, which emphasizes how iconic and distinctive the Cayan Cantara project is. Cayan Cantara has been designed by one of the world's most renowned architects and boasts of several main, recreational, and comfort facilities and services.
