DAIKIN Air Conditioning Saudi Arabia, claimed as the top air-conditioning (AC) solutions company, has introduced its latest smart AC technology that is designed to save electricity.
This was announced at its annual meeting held at the headquarters of Saudi Institute for Electronics and Appliances (SEHAI).
Present at the event were the company’s Chairman Tariq bin Mutlaq Almutlaq as well as its management and employees, who were honored at the meeting.
Almutlaq expressed his appreciation of the team work and achievements of the company in 2015.
One of the main achievements is stated to be a very strong position for DAIKIN’s family in the Saudi market when it comes to offering the best and latest technologies in the world of AC solutions, as well as providing top level aftersales services.
DAIKIN also celebrated the sponsorship of Hadaf program — the program that is designed for SEHAI students that ends with their employment thus becoming part of DAIKIN’s worldwide family.
Hiroshi Shimada, GM, DAIKIN Saudi Arabia, referred to the company’s objectives in the upcoming period. They include adding many more of the energy saving technologies to become the top provider of energy saving solutions throughout DAIKIN’s inverter technology.
“Inverter technology is known for its high efficiency that can reach up to 50 percent of electricity saving with excellent air flow and high comfort,” Shimada said, adding that DAIKIN is committed to provide environment-friendly products to satisfy the increasing market demand for sustainable and green buildings.
DAIKIN also claimed it is the first manufacturer of the all new R32 refrigerant generation, which is able to reduce the global warming potential (GWP) by 70 percent compared to the traditional R410a refrigerant. Also it effectively provides a high cooling efficiency compared to other ACs. This R32 development is another highlight, the company pointed out.
