Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group (HMG) continues its noticeable attendance in the Arab Health Exhibition in Dubai this year as it has been rewarded with the Excellence Prize for patient care. This was after a strong competition with many hospitals in the Arab world and the rest of the Middle East.

Abdul-Rahman bin Mohamed Al-Eyed, general director at Al-Olaya Medical Complex, attributed the achievement to the accumulated efforts of the technical, administrative, and medical teams for providing care with the highest quality for patients in diagnosis and treatment phases.

He affirmed that HMG is always eager to provide proper health environment to patients and, at the same time, it is committed to all international patient care standards.

Al-Eyed said Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical group follows a strategic guideline by providing the necessary health care by various electronic channels to save the patient's time and effort in order to provide the service rapidly.

He pointed that HMG provides its services via smart applications and self-service devices, which help in saving time and achieving higher accuracy in performance.

Additionally, he said, this prize reflects HMG's high performance and it is considered a strong evidence of its commitment to provide everything that supports patients.

HMG lets patients help in the continuous improvement of its services by participating in various survey channels for evaluating services.

HMG says it considers this prize as a great addition to its international and local awards and accreditations. It received 33 prizes and accreditations, including medical and administrative specializations. The most important one was the prize of excellence for diagnostic radiology, surgery services, sterilization and human resources.

Additionally, HMG gained the ISO accreditation for information technology and the Future Hospital Award. It also gained the accreditation of the Joint Commission International (JCI) and College of American Pathologists (CAP).
