Following the launch of its latest flagship smartphone, the G3, LG Electronics Saudi Arabia had conducted a survey on the new device pros and cons among a select sample of people — including professionals, media specialists and consumers.

The survey results were of mixed impressions and opinions.

However most participants praised the phone features, especially (Quad HD Display, Advanced OIS+ Camera, High-Quality “Selfie,” Lightweight Metallic design, Knock Code, Smart Notice, Hassle-Free Wireless Charging, etc...).

A few respondents criticized minor aspects of the phone, such as the plastic rim that goes around the whole of the LG G3 which was not up to their expectations.

Answering a question on how can LG make the G3 a huge success in the Saudi market, participants said: “By becoming more visible through outdoor advertising and in as many retail outlets as possible, and simultaneously conducting social activities in key/strategic locations.”

Overall, the survey was helpful and crucial in revealing people’s reactions toward a unique device that combines ergonomic design (a classic metallic body with lighter weight adding comfort in portability) with innovative new technologies.

Commenting on this subject, Deuk Soo Ahn, president of LG Saudi Arabia, said: “We at LG Electronics, pay special attention to people’s opinions and experiences with our products and services.”

He said: “These data are collected through continuous surveys, opinion polls and market studies, and transferred to our R&D department for review & analysis to build upon adequate device enhancement and improvement in the future.”
