Mobily launched its new Shariki Plus program at an event in Riyadh. The program is claimed to be the first of its kind in the Kingdom for the distributors’ points of sale.
The program aims to divide the distributors’ sales points into three categories — platinum, gold and silver, where each category includes financial rewards for the distinctive sales points and numerous other awards. The program aims to stimulate more partners to join the program.
The launch of this program came after extensive studies about the status of the telecommunications market in the Kingdom, Mobily stated. The program was supported by various experiences and distinguished potentials in the field of distributors’ sales points to enable this program to work out and continue in the long run.
The program will contribute to the achievement of a wider spread of Mobily selling points by providing immediate support for all new sales points, in addition to the allocation of a special account manager for each point of sale and technical support services around the clock.
Ibrahim Al-Omar, chief product and business development officer, stressed that Mobily is always pursuing innovation in its efforts to draw its partners close to the company by offering them generous incentives, which will be reflected on the standard of service provided to customers.
Al-Omar pointed out that Mobily is moving steadily toward the implementation of its ambitious plans, development of its business and the rapid spread of services in order to cope with the growth witnessed by the telecom sector.
The ceremony also included honoring a number of sales points for the great efforts done during the previous period. This reflects the strong relationship that Mobily forges with its partners.
Mobily says it always aims to develop its business through partnerships that provide an added value and evolution to its business.
