Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) celebrated the graduation of Mobily elites who were enrolled in the Elite program at a ceremony held in the presence of Chief Human Resources Officer Faiez Awadh and a number of Mobily chiefs and directors.

Awadh said the company's launch of this program reflects its social responsibility, which is considered a cornerstone in its work in the Saudi market. “Investing in the human energies of the community and the development of sons and daughters of the nation is aimed at providing them the opportunity for involving in creativity, which is a vital matter that requires the cooperation of government and private agencies,” he added.

Awadh said: "There are many examples of the sons and daughters of the Kingdom who managed the experience last year and achieved great success. This makes Mobily very proud as they make their way toward leadership and help achieve their goals and aspirations."

The Mobily Elite Program was designed to recruit talents and invest in the energies and competencies of our new generation. The program also aims to develop capabilities through specialized training courses an intensive process of progress under the supervision of a group of training and development experts.

Mobily believes that the preparation of national cadres and training them optimally will positively affect the level of services offered to subscribers as the company benefits from the experiences acquired by the elites during their studies in the most prestigious local and international universities.

The Mobily Elite Program was met with general acceptance among the employees who enrolled in it as they enjoyed the actual work. They simultaneously got training in all departments. The training was divided into two years with a view to qualifying them for the highest degree of professionalism in all of Mobily’s departments.
