Movenpick Hotel Jeddah launched a program that is specifically designed in line with local culture and offers a special training toward professionalism.

The program started last year, as initiated by the KSA Learning & Development team under the supervision of the regional office of Movenpick Hotels & Resorts.

The program is now being implemented in each Movenpick property within the region, says a press release.

It was spearheaded by Movenpick Hotel Jeddah’s GM Omar Boujlid and Learning & Development Manager Sameer Ahmed, and joined by other members of the management team, as well as the special guest speaker, Abdullah Mohammed Alkhateeb, a lecturer from King Abdulaziz University.

On completion of all its modules, the program aims to help Saudi employees become hoteliers professionally in terms of good service,and further develop their time management skills, teamwork and proactivity.
