The National Commercial Bank (NCB) distributes 90,000 iftar meals on main streets and squares of Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam during the Ramadan month.

This initiative comes within its Eftarakalena (Break your fast with us) campaign. The campaign engages 750 young people to participate in preparing and distributing iftar meals to fasting persons shortly before Maghreb.

NCB is the exclusive partner of Eftarakalena campaign this year. It is organized by BenchMark and Panaroma FM for the third consecutive year with an aim to distribute 3,000 daily iftar meals for fasting persons, who cannot reach their homes in time for fast braking.

NCB employees and their families are volunteering to participate in the campaign in different cities of the Kingdom through NCB Volunteer Program, which aims to engage its employees in community initiatives. The bank allocated 30 paid hours for each employee to participate in volunteering works.

This assures NCB endeavors to interact with its Saudi society, uphold its corporate responsibility toward the community and citizens, as well as encourage its staff to participate in such initiatives.

The campaign aims to stimulate volunteer spirit, spread charity, and launch corporate responsibility initiatives by distributing iftar meals for fasting persons.

With iftar meals, the campaign aims to help the persons who drive their cars shortly before iftar time to abide by traffic rules.

NCB says its corporate responsibility programs touch the real needs of the community and contribute in guided social initiatives according to a defined strategy that aims to enable all individuals within the community.
