In pursuance of its efforts to give utmost care to the national cadres in a bid to increase the Saudization rates, Panda Retail Company has provided enormous support to summer training programs covering a variety of areas, including accountancy, human resources, information systems, marketing, commercial sector and market development.

Based on this, Panda Retail Company finalized training of 2,305 Saudi trainees during the summer on different jobs in accordance with regulations set by the Saudi employment administration at the labor offices.

In this context, Panda Retail Company CEO Muwaffaq Mansour Jamal said the company had drawn up a program for training Saudis desiring to join the summer training courses by explaining to them work ethics and environment, the nature of retail sector and the spirit of teamwork.

He said the company considers that summer jobs for trainees are part of its responsibility to the community through upgrading the level of professionalism of the Saudi trainees to qualify them to a better future phase.
