Park Hyatt Jeddah has received Saudi Arabia’s Leading Resort Hotel award from Graham Cook, president, World Travel Award.
“This is a big honor that could only be achieved by the contribution of every team member of the hotel,” hotel GM Ashwini Kumar said.
“The hotels’ mission is to provide authentic hospitality by making a difference in the lives of the people we touch every day. We focus on this mission in pursuit of our goal of becoming the most preferred brand in each segment that we serve for our associates, guests, and owners,” Kumar added.
Park Hyatt hotels are described as upscale properties, set amid landscaped gardens on the Corniche with views of the Red Sea and King Fahd’s Fountain.
The hotels’ extensive grounds provide more than one outlet overlooking the Red Sea, each with a different cuisine catering to different palates. Nafoura restaurant offers all day dinning, business lunch, Friday family brunch and theme nights (Italian Tuesdays, Lebanese Wednesdays, seafood Thursdays).
Andalusia restaurant invites its guests to an authentic Moroccan experience for lunch or dinner with international flair in a home-like ambience. Dardasha, the ladies-only restaurant offers a combination of international and traditional Middle Eastern delicacies.
The hotel boasts sea view venues, conference rooms and event facilities. Lazurde ballroom covers 2,500 sqm meeting and banquet facilities with a separate entrance for complete privacy. This facility is designed to host wedding parties, high-profile product launches, intimate corporate meetings and conferences for up to 700 guests.
The spa is a 2.5 acre complex with separate Spas Evania for ladies and Seba Gentlemen’s Sports and Wellness Center featuring numerous sports and leisure facilities. The concepts of both spas stem from the Latin tradition of sanitas per aqua, which is healing by water.
