The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) has signed a contract to create the basic equipment of the second phase in the Mardomah neighborhood in Jubail Industrial City valued at SR169,105,000.

The deal was signed by Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan, chairman of the RCJY, with China Harbour Engineering Arabic Co. Ltd., for building infrastructural requirements, including road network, lighting, traffic signals, sewage network and sewage treatment networks, lift stations, drinking water systems, storm water drainage system, 13.8 kv electricity network, telecommunications and other requirements.

The three-year contract involves the development of residential areas together and coincides with the development of industrial areas for Jubail, Ras Al-Khair, and the Mardomah neighborhood.
