Riyad Bank has extended its winter clothes distribution campaign this year, to help poor families across the country with their needs during the cold weather.

Launched in 2009, the initiative is run by Riyad Bank volunteers who collect and distribute clothing for those in need. The campaign will also include the distribution of a range of essential supplies to needy families in villages across the Kingdom.

“We are proud of what we have achieved through our winter clothes campaign and the support we have shown to families in need during these months of the year,” said Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeah, executive vice president and general supervisor of Riyad Bank's community services programs.

“This initiative, which has been running for many years, is a symbol of our commitment to supporting local communities in times of need with compassion and kindness. I am also proud of how many Riyad Bank employees volunteer and how strong their belief is in supporting their fellow nationals,” he added.

The winter clothes distribution campaign continued through January and February, particularly in areas of the Kingdom which have been adversely impacted by the cold weather.
