In cooperation with the Al-Ahsa Disabled Association, Riyad Bank will continue supporting the Al-Ahsa agricultural training program for mentally disabled students. Now in its fourth year, the program trains and prepares participants for agricultural occupations and is sponsored by the Al-Ahsa Irrigation and Drainage Authority.

The program has supported the education and training of over 40 young men in horticulture, irrigation and agricultural landscaping. Many of the young men who have undertaken the course have gone on to find employment with companies in the Al-Ahsa region.

“As part of our social goals, we are working toward providing all youth with an opportunity to enter the job market and become part of society. We’re delighted to be able to play a part in supporting the Al-Ahsa Disabled Association and supporting these young men in their education and their employment,” said Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeah, executive vice president and general supervisor of Riyad Bank's social responsibility programs.
