“We changed the entire menu, from starters to dessert, with many new items that broaden the choice, variety and value.” says Marco Terranova, chef de cuisine at ROSSO. “We realize that many diners are looking for authentic Italian food and that is what we are going to deliver,” he added.
Some specialties to watch out for in the menu include mazzancolle, spicy orange sauce (sauteed prawns cooked in spicy orange sauce, arugula leaves, celeriac puree), lobster tortelli (lobster tortelli lemon infused, sauteed with artichokes, mint sauce), veal nodino (grilled veal chop served with barley risotto, smoked eggplant, natural jus), branzino arrosto (roasted Chilean sea bass, smoked eggplant, sweet pepper, lemon sauce), among others.
With standards that rival the best in the city, ROSSO restaurant offers a relaxing ambiance and a superb menu, where every diner will walk away from this dining experience wanting to come back again.
