Saudi Total Lubricants announces that it has achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification for its plant in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC). The certificate was awarded within 10 months of plant operation.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management standard that provides assurance that the plant has the type of management systems in place to deliver a quality experience for all of its members and stakeholders.

It guarantees an ability to consistently meet customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements, and addresses customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.

ISO certification helps to apply best practices, manage processes, have defined system and consistent quality and procedures enabling to strengthen performance, maintain competitive edge in the global market place, improve outcome of process and enhance customer confidence.
