Swarovski hosted an event at the Four Seasons Hotel with VIPs, customers, local media and brand representatives in attendance to celebrate the launch of its 2014 fall/winter collection — Facets of Light.

This occasion also marked the International Golden Phoenix Prize winner for 2013, Shayma Al-Mughairy, the Queen of Sand and Arabs Got Talent Season 1 finalist, where she was able to draw Swarovski jewelry with colored sand, which attracted the attendees for her upscale and innovative art.

Combining the finest techniques with a brilliant array of colors, Swarovski has created a fall/winter collection that highlights the radiance and resplendence of crystal as no one but a master of facets and light could — sharp, classic, chic pieces looking fitting for a diversity of personalities, tastes and occasions.

In short, there is something for everyone, and plenty of opportunity for unique, personalized combinations, Swarovski’s director said.

While describing her intentions for the new collection, Swarovski Creative Director Nathalie Colin explained: “My constant search for modernity will meet refinement, glamour and femininity in this collection that celebrates lights, facets and reflections. All in all, this collection perfectly exemplifies Swarovski’s DNA by combining art, fashion and creation in a sparkling way.”

The unveiling of Facets of Light was an occasion for the audience to view the latest Swarovski trends generating exceptional artistic effects, especially concerning the mix and match of crystals.

By exhibiting live-styling on mannequins, the trendy jewelry brand demonstrated how jewelry can transform a silhouette. Styling easy-to-wear, day appropriate pieces beside bold, special occasion designs inspired guests to create their own unique looks.

Swarovski also rewarded its customers' loyalty with gift vouchers and offered specially-crafted cupcakes and sweets amid lounge music.
