Aljazira Takaful has won the best Takaful insurance company in Saudi Arabia for 2015 award, according to Global Banking and Finance, a major entity in the field of banking business evaluation.

Abdul Majeed Ibrahim Alsultan, chairman of the board, Aljazira Takaful, commended the efforts of the employees and said the company is looking for talents and offer them highest levels of training in the Shariah-compliant programs, in order to prepare them to understand and meet the needs and aspirations of clients.

At a meeting held to launch Takaful's new insurance programs (Dirie), Saqr Nadir Shah, CEO of the company, said they ensured the meeting of financial needs of families in the event of the passing away of the breadwinner. The Aman program undertakes future payment of children’s school fees whenever the families face difficult times.

There is also a lease payment protection program, which ensures payment of house rentals for ten years in the event of the families encountering financial difficulties. These programs are part of a bouquet offered by the company to meet the needs of Saudis and other residents.

The company also offers Sakhaa, a program that offers a savings and investment plan. This plan helps the family to economize and regularly save part of the income for post-retirement benefits. The Mabrook program helps in saving marriage costs and the Hassad program helps to afford higher education costs, he added.

Shah expressed his thanks to clients who, he said, have gained confidence in the company due to its "excellent" financial results. “This was possible because of the company’s successful insurance products and its capability in resource management. Thus, the shareholders have benefited from the company’s highest returns,” he said, adding that the employees are committed to realize more benefits for all in the future.
