Zain KSA recently introduced its services for people with special needs by adding a special service for deaf people in Mazaya Light postpaid package and Hala prepaid package.

Deaf service in Mazaya Light will provide deaf people with many advantages without a monthly subscription fee, offering 50 minutes of free video calls and 100 free text messages within the network, and a special discount on video calls to all local networks, for 30 halala per minute, which are designed to meet the wishes of the deaf, as well as sign language interpreters.

The company says the package is available to all existing and new deaf service subscribers and that new customers can take advantage of the service by visiting Zain shops scattered in various regions of the Kingdom and bring proof that the subscriber is deaf or a sign language interpreter, while current subscribers can use the service by Sending “H” to 712712.

The company says its main branches in Riyadh and Dammam, have sign language interpreters as part of the sales staff, in addition to providing qualified staff to communicate with subscribers via e-mail and through social network channels on Facebook and Twitter.

The company’s YouTube account contains video clips in sign language, describing the service and explaining how to participate, along with a display of other packages available for the deaf.
