Zain KSA presented an introductory workshop for Prince Sultan University graduates in Riyadh, to introduce its pioneers program. The Zain Pioneers program offers graduates of Saudi universities a chance to enroll in training that ends with employment in human resources, networks, finance, marketing and information technology.

The company stated during the workshop that the program enables university graduates to benefit from its intensive working skills training, and develop their skills through on-job training and professional application in a way that utilizes the material they learned during their university years. The training program extends for a six-month period with a monthly salary and special benefits for trainees throughout that period.

The new program is an extension of several training programs offered by Zain KSA and directed toward university students. The company started off with Zain University Development program, followed by Youth Ambition program and 4G Engineers program.

All this comes as part of Zain’s belief in social responsibility, and the importance of supporting Saudi youth with diverse working experiences through specialized human development programs.
