Zain KSA ended 2013 with the award of Best Application Design on Facebook in communications throughout the Arab world. The award was presented in the UAE during an event hosted by Pan Arab Awards Academy.

During 2013, the company was keen to expand its means of communication, being more involved in social communication sites, in an effort to introduce diversity to its customer service and communication methods, and keep up with the worldwide trend toward using social communication sites.

The company also participated in many events and activities revolving around modern media and means of social communication, including its involvement as a social media partner of the Arabnet forum activities for the second year in a row, as part of its strategy to promote Zain KSA’s role in social media in light of the public’s increased interest in them.

Zain KSA is constantly working on developing its accounts on social media sites, based on its belief in the importance of communicating with subscribers through the most popular international sites. These efforts and beliefs resulted in the company witnessing great turnout on its social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google Plus.
