Managing time is not rocket-science when you know exactly when you have or want to do things like meetings, deadlines, appointments…etc but the real problem occur when you don’t schedule things like running errands, reading or attending events and end up forgetting about them or squeezing them into your schedule last minute.
Timeful helps you do everything you want on time.
How to use it
Download Timeful from your iPhone App store, you might not have to search for it as it’s currently a featured app. After that, sign up and start adding items.
The app categorizes items you enter into 3 main categories: Events, to-dos and habits.
When you add a new item you need to decide under which category you need it to be and to classify it using the 5 colorful tags suggested by Timeful: Personal, work, fun, important, custom and tell Timeful when you want it to help you do it.
For to-dos, you the time slots are: today, tomorrow, on a particular day and time, someday in the next 7 days or someday before a certain date. If you choose to do a task on a particular day, you will have to choose the time and duration or tell Timeful you want to do it “at any reasonable time”.
For habits, you have to decide on the frequency and duration of each habit. And as for events, you just have to decide if it’s an all-day event and when it starts and ends.
Events and habits appear on the calendar at the scheduled times, while to-dos are listed at the top and can be completed at any time during the day.
Timeful syncs events and tasks between other calendars in your iPhone and those you enter in the app then notifies you of to-dos, habits and events’ reminders directly from the app.
As you complete tasks and practice habits, Timeful will learn more about your productivity clock and suggest better times and frequency for your items. You can also teach it by tapping the correct mark everytime you like a suggestion.
