A discussion of the “complex trifecta” of providing jobs for university graduates, availability of workers and accessibility to the appropriate curriculum will be the focus of the International Conference on Education and Employment hosted by the Economic Knowledge City in Madinah.
Prince Faisal bin Salman will attend the conference where he will meet more than 20 international scientists and specialists on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Discussions and solutions will address the trifecta. A research paper will be presented at the conference and will stress the Kingdom’s leading role in this field.
The paper also include an extensive account of the most important challenges facing the prospects and plans of education in the Kingdom, in light of the initiatives carried out by the competent authorities for the care and development of workers.
The paper also offers a review of development frameworks in the fields of education and technology, as well as discusses best practices aligned with the needs of the labor market to produce qualified generations that are able to bridge the gap in employment needs.
In addition, the paper presents the challenges that shape the leadership role of the countries of the region and the Islamic Cooperation Organization.
Another paper to be presented by Saleh Al-Amro, CEO of the Excellence College, reviews a number of points to highlight the status of the Kingdom and its plans to become one of the largest centers of technical education and advanced vocational training in the world by increasing training to over 400,000 students over the next 10 years.
The paper will also highlight methods to enhance cooperation between the public and the private sectors by attracting pioneers in the fields of training and education.
