ISLAMABAD: A Pakistani navy ship rescued a stranded Indian fishing dhow in the Gulf of Aden, the navy said on Sunday.
The dhow, which sailed from the Indian port of Colochel, lost engine propulsion near Salalah, Oman, for eight days with 12 crewmen on board.
The navy said it fixed the problem, rehydrated the crew, and provided medical care and food. The dhow then returned to Colochel.
