It was with great delight I read the report regarding Madinah Gov. Prince Faisal bin Salman, who has urged Haj officials to offer best possible services to the pilgrims and serve with a smile in order to seek reward and pleasure of God.

This denotes the stimulus-response theory. But why restrict such behavior to pilgrims or to a particular season. Why can’t we have such etiquettes being exhibited at the airports by the immigration officials? Human behavior is learned.

To begin with why not install jammers that would restrict mobile and Internet signals at these immigration counters or prohibit use of mobile devices by the officers at the immigration counters permanently.
