The Pakistan government should reconsider its proposal of peace talks with the Tehreek-e-Taleban Pakistan. First of all, it is a banned outfit.

Any negotiations will only help them transform into a political reality. Secondly, they do not appear to be serious about peace talks with the government.

That is why there has been no let-up in their terrorist activities. Everyday they come up with a new set of demands. Freeing militants from jails is certainly not a good idea. This will only strengthen this organization. — Shamroze Khan, Riyadh
