Ajlan & Bros. Group and Ammar Real Estate Co. will launch Tanwea Industrial Scheme, which is located in Dammam, west of Second Industrial City, at a public auction on April 27. The area of the scheme is nearly 900,000 sqm.

Ajlan Al-Ajlan, chairman of Ajlan & Bros. Group said: "The big demand for allocations for industrial use, warehouses, factories and multiple uses maintenance centers is because of the massive and rapid development in the overall growth of business, industry and trade.

He added that this was because of the Kingdom's ability to overcome the negative effects of lower oil prices and various economic transformations in addition to the imminent announcement of the Kingdom's economic transformation program.

He added that Tanwea Industrial Scheme has “unique and diverse” investment features, including the development of superstructure.

It will create a variety of industries centers, construction and leasing of warehouses and investment in residential services for workers. It may also increase its investment in the supply, storage, and packaging services in addition to the multiple uses of warehouses and assembly, packaging and factories and industrial workshops and labor housing.

Abdul Hadi Al-Qahtani, CEO of Ammar Real Estate, said the industrial sector has been considered one of the most attractive areas for investment in the Kingdom. It achieved unique investment results and contributed largely to the national economy and increased the growth size and the national work force. He stressed that the Tanwea Industrial Scheme will fulfill these objectives.

Al-Qahtani added that he took into account the engineering design of the scheme, and all the technical aspects and quality solutions for industrial zone to create bases for future industries.

The development processes in the infrastructure of the scheme took nearly two years and the project was developed according to specifications.
