Alhokair Group of Institutes on Hospitality and Tourism has signed an agreement with HTMi (Hospitality and Tourism Management Institute) in Switzerland for two years diploma course on hospitality and tourism.

This diploma will be given to the students who are enrolled in Alhokair Institutes on Hospitality and Tourism in Saudi Arabia. There will also be student and faculty exchange programs among the two institutes.

Alhokair Group of Institutes are considered pioneers in hospitality and tourism education in Saudi Arabia. There are three branches, which are functional with a total of more than 700 students enrolled in these branches, namely Riyadh, Jazan and Baha.

Two more campuses will be added by the end of this year, one in Alkhobar and the other in Jeddah. 2016 will see more expansion with campuses in Hail and Makkah.

Alhokair Institutes claim to have state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure. In terms of international recognition they already have ISO 9001-2008 certified campuses and also have collaboration with Jordan Applied University for curriculum implementation.

Alhokair Institutes are preparing Saudi manpower to meet the market demands of hospitality and tourism graduates.

After completing two years of diploma, they will get the Swiss diploma from HTMi Switzerland.

As per a report by Saudi Monetary Agency (SAMA), by year 2020, an estimated 1.8 million graduates will be needed in Saudi Arabia to work in this sector.
