Pepsi Bugshan Factory has signed an agreement with Anan Iskan, a major Saudi developer of manpower accommodation, to provide quality housing for the beverage company’s work force.

Khaled Sayoti, CHRO of Pepsi Bugshan Factory, and Faisal Alsayegh, CEO of Anan Iskan signed the deal.

“Pepsi Bugshan Factory is renowned for its commitment to maintaining the highest of standards of product quality and the best possible performance,” said Sayoti.

“Equally, we are committed to ensuring our workers enjoy the best possible living environment in which every element of comfort, safety and security is ensured. We firmly believe that giving our work force a better standard of living will help us raise productivity and reflect favorably on the company’s overall performance.”

Alsayegh said he was happy working with Pepsi Bugshan Factory to provide an enhanced living environment for the company’s work force and praised the beverage company’s initiative, saying it will set an ideal example that will encourage other companies to provide a better standard of living for their workers.
