The Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) will organize a tour of its integrated aluminum facility for attendees of the Arabal conference taking place at Dhahran International Exhibitions Center in the Eastern Province from Nov. 15-17.

The tour is intended to familiarize attendees with Maaden’s aluminum operations at Ras Al-Khair industrial city.

Maaden, the Arabal host and organizer, will showcase the company’s operational facilities at Ras Al-Khair industrial city on Nov. 17, the day after the conclusion of the two-day conference.

The tour will include a visit to the alumina refinery (the first in the GCC), and aluminum smelter and rolling mill, the latter being the only facility of its kind in the region and among the most technically advanced in the world.

Arabal conferences are among the top trade events for the Middle East’s aluminum industry and attract major aluminum manufacturers and industry experts from around the world.
