This week British company Bags of Learning Ltd. launched its training products at a function hosted by the British Embassy in Riyadh and supported by local business Platinum Services.

Bags of Learning’s training products have been developed over the past 12 months for the Saudi market and have been developed in response to a number of local employment challenges.

These challenges include the increasing importance of engaging and retaining local staff, providing young graduates with effective communication and professional skills for the workplace, upskilling the work force and accessing high quality, but cost-effective, training.

Guests at the launch heard from Jamieson, MD of Bags of Learning, saying that these training products, which are sold in conjunction with train-the-trainer workshops, are up to 50 percent more cost-effective than most e-learning options and 90 percent more cost-effective than most outsourced training.

However, the cost-effectiveness does not mean that quality has been compromised as this British company has been working with local training and HR professionals to ensure the courses deliver what the market needs.

Jamieson has been visiting the Saudi market for over 4 years talking to organizations about their employment challenges and that learning has been used to create these innovative products.
