Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance, a major Saudi health care insurance provider, has unveiled Bupa World, described as an innovative flagship store, at its regional headquarters in Riyadh. The store is claimed to be the first of its kind in the country and in the Middle East.
Bupa World will give the ultimate opportunity to take visitors and their families on a health care experience the moment they enter the store and to conduct basic medical tests at no cost. Bupa Arabia partners and executives, and members of the press attended the launch.
The flagship store comes as a well-grounded initiative launched by Bupa Arabia to enhance the support of health awareness across Saudi Arabia and be nearer to members, customers, constantly reaching out to their needs, and working to provide it in a professional and delicate manner. Visitors will be able to receive an overview of the exceptional services, insurance plans and products, in addition to subscribing to opted and tailor-made schemes to suit personal lifestyles.
Tal Nazer, CEO at Bupa Arabia, stated: “Bupa World will create a destination that enables us to demonstrate our unique ability to deliver and show how we can live up to our purpose - helping people live longer, healthier and happier lives. The importance of Bupa World is to offer paramount health care services to our customers in an unparalleled level of professionalism, in addition to reaching out to them in a modern and innovative way to introduce to them all services provided by Bupa Arabia.”
Within Bupa World, its design is to facilitate visitors’ experiencing a series of health services at individual stations. Each station will provide a different health service — BP and temperature reading; glucose, eye and dental checks; BMI test, healthy diet plan, fitness corner and Bupa Doctor.
