Carrier, a world leader in high technology heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) solutions, served as platinum sponsor of the HVACR Expo Saudi 2016, held in Jeddah from Jan. 11-13.

Carrier, which operates in Saudi Arabia through Arabian Air Conditioning Company and Carrier Saudi Service Company, its joint venture companies with E.A. Juffali & Brothers, is part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp.

The exhibition and conference is described as the biggest of its kind in Saudi Arabia and attracted thousands of visitors over three days. The exhibition was dedicated to highlighting residential and industrial air-conditioning innovations by major manufacturers.

Carrier showcased its portfolio of products, including a new line of energy-efficient residential and light commercial HVAC systems that use the environmentally balanced refrigerant, Puron.

Carrier also exhibited its ductless split indoor and outdoor solutions, which are fully compliant with the new Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) regulations and offer reduced energy consumption and improved performance, as well as commercial refrigeration coolers and condensing units, commercial district cooling fan coil units and ducted split low height fan coil units.

The Carrier team promoted the AquaEdge 19XR/XRV chiller, a state-of-the-art centrifugal chiller.

Carrier experts presented key technologies through multiple presentation sessions.
