Receiving its second CSR award this year, Construction Products Holding Co. (CPC) was recognized with the Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year 2013 Award at the Construction Week Awards ceremony held in Riyadh.

The award to CPC was presented at an event held to honor, reward and recognize the achievements of the Saudi construction Industry.

Faysal Alaquil, CPC director of business development and head of CSR, said: “We feel obligated to empower the community through Corporate Social Responsibility on different programs, especially related to education, human resources and the environment, by launching several initiatives and activities that address these focused areas that are relevant to many members of the society.”

In recognition of its sustainability achievements, CPC has also earned this year another prestigious honor, which is Arabian Business CSR Award 2013.

“We are really proud to win such prestigious awards in the same year which proves that our team’s great efforts proved to be successful, and at the same time has been recognized for what we are doing in the field of CSR. We will continue on helping the communities and the environment in which we do business” Alaquil said.
